1. Commercial Scope
These Terms of Service govern product orders and related customer services offered through Neviki™.
Neviki™ is owned and operated by Shenzhen Gehaoyu E-Commerce Co., Ltd. The company is the seller of record for products ordered through this store.
The separate Terms of Use govern access to and conduct on the website. The Privacy Policy explains personal-information practices. The Shipping Policy and Return Policy provide operational details incorporated into these Terms of Service.
2. Eligibility to Order
A customer must have the legal capacity to enter a binding contract or act with the authorization of a lawful guardian where local law permits.
Products must be ordered for lawful purposes. Customers are responsible for confirming that the selected product may lawfully be imported, possessed, or used at the destination.
We do not knowingly direct the store to children.
3. Product Information
We aim to present material product characteristics accurately. Customers should review the complete product page, including specifications, variant selection, compatibility, measurements, warnings, included components, and limitations.
Colors and appearance may vary slightly because of screen settings, lighting, manufacturing tolerances, and packaging updates. A minor non-material variation is not the same as delivery of a materially different product.
We may correct typographical errors or update descriptions. A correction will not be used to replace an accepted product with a materially different item without notice and an appropriate customer option.
4. Prices, Promotions, and Availability
Displayed prices, discounts, product availability, and promotional conditions must be read together with the product page and checkout summary.
A promotion applies only during its stated period and subject to its clearly disclosed conditions. We do not support fabricated countdowns, false stock pressure, hidden recurring obligations, or an offer that materially differs from the resulting customer experience.
An item may become unavailable because of simultaneous orders, stock error, damage, legal restriction, or supplier interruption. If that happens after an order is submitted, we will explain the available resolution.
5. Order Submission and Acceptance
Submitting an order is a request to purchase the selected products. An automated acknowledgment confirms receipt of the request but does not necessarily confirm final acceptance.
An order is accepted when we send an acceptance or dispatch confirmation, or when fulfillment otherwise begins.
We may decline or cancel an order for a reasonable cause, including unavailable stock, an obvious listing error, suspected fraud, an invalid delivery address, unlawful activity, or an inability to serve the destination. We will notify the customer and provide any required reversal or refund.
6. Customer-Initiated Changes and Cancellations
Customers should request a change or cancellation promptly through service@neviki.com.
We will make a reasonable effort to assist before the order enters an irreversible fulfillment stage. An accepted cancellation before dispatch does not carry a separate cancellation handling fee.
After dispatch, the Return Policy will ordinarily determine the available option.
7. Fulfillment and Delivery
Orders are normally prepared within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery after dispatch is 3–7 business days.
These periods are estimates under ordinary conditions. Delivery may be affected by customs, carriers, weather, remote-area routing, public holidays, or inaccurate address information.
Responsibility for a delivery issue is assessed fairly using the order record, tracking, delivery evidence, customer report, and applicable law. Carrier involvement does not automatically eliminate our responsibility to investigate.
8. Returns and Refunds
Eligible returns may be requested within 30 calendar days after delivery.
Customers must contact us before returning an item and use the authorized destination. The registered company address is not automatically a return warehouse.
For preference-based returns, the customer normally bears the return shipping cost. When the item is damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, or materially misdescribed, we will provide an appropriate remedy without unfairly transferring a reasonable return cost caused by our error.
Approved refunds are expected to appear within 7–10 business days after approval. Detailed eligibility and procedures appear in the Return Policy.
9. Customer Information and Cooperation
Customers agree to provide information reasonably necessary to process the order and resolve service requests. Delivery details should be accurate and complete.
A customer reporting damage, defect, non-delivery, or incorrect fulfillment should provide reasonable evidence where available. Evidence requests will be proportionate and will not be used to make a legitimate remedy practically impossible.
10. Reviews and Communications
A review or customer submission should reflect a genuine experience and must not contain unlawful material, threats, impersonation, malicious code, private information belonging to another person, or intellectual-property infringement.
We may moderate content for these reasons, but we do not remove a genuine negative review merely because it is unfavorable.
Service communications should remain respectful and focused on resolving the issue. Threats or abusive conduct may lead us to restrict a communication channel while preserving lawful customer remedies.
11. Intellectual Property
Neviki™ names, logos, page designs, original text, product media, and other protected materials belong to Shenzhen Gehaoyu E-Commerce Co., Ltd. or the relevant licensors.
No ownership right is transferred by an order. Customers may use product instructions and permitted materials for their intended personal or lawful purpose.
12. Reasonable Service Limitations
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for indirect loss that was not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed.
Nothing in these Terms excludes responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded, including responsibility for fraud, deliberate misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable, or mandatory consumer remedies.
Our responsibility for a specific order will be assessed under applicable law and the circumstances rather than through an automatic rejection.
13. Events Outside Reasonable Control
Neither party is responsible for delay caused by an event outside reasonable control, provided the affected party takes reasonable steps to reduce the effect and communicates material disruption where practical.
This section does not remove rights that applicable consumer law grants when performance is substantially delayed or becomes impossible.
14. Governing Law and Consumer Rights
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Shenzhen Gehaoyu E-Commerce Co., Ltd. in the People’s Republic of China, without depriving a consumer of mandatory protections provided by the law of the consumer’s habitual residence where those protections apply.
Before starting formal proceedings, customers are encouraged to contact service@neviki.com so that the matter can be reviewed. This does not prevent either party from using a lawful court, regulator, or dispute-resolution route.
15. Changes
We may update these Terms prospectively for legal, operational, or service reasons. The version applicable to an accepted order is ordinarily the version presented when that order was submitted, unless a later change is required by law or is more favorable to the customer.
16. Severability and No Waiver
If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. A delay in enforcing a right does not automatically waive that right.
